Very good place
Good valueroom for the price. Everything very clean.Appreciated the coffee making facilities. Missed the human contact on arrival. It was signposted Henley Lodgeand I found that confusing asall correspondence I had referred to it first as Henley Hotel, then Henley Hotel Guest House. I would recommend more precise signage. However I quickly got help when I phoned to ask if I was in the right place.

All good apart from the ants!
Nice easy self check-in. Codes were emailed and sent by text.Room was nice and clean, bed was actually very comfortable.Plenty of parking.Ideal location for Wooton park.Only downside was an ant infestation we discovered in the morning!!

All guests must present original and valid photo identification at the time of check-in, such as any photo ID.
The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to be able to check-in the hotel.
Should any action by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the hotel, or if any inappropriate behaviour is brought to the attention of the hotel, the hotel reserves the right, after the allegations have been investigated, to take action against the guest.
A discounted booking cannot be modified. In case of early check-out for such a booking, no amount will be refunded.
Guests may be contacted closer to their check-in date to confirm the arrival status or arrival time through calls or messages. In case, we do not receive a response from the guest after multiple attempts, the booking may be put on hold or cancelled. In case of availability, Henley Lodge will try to reinstate your booking when you contact us back or make a payment through our multitude of payment options.
As we continue to strive to improve our services, Henley Lodge may reach out to guests to get feedback on their experience through calls or messages.

Booking Extension Policy
Extension of stay would be provided on current room rates, subject to availability.
Current room rates can be different from the rates at which the rooms were booked.

Cancellation Policy
Cancelling an Henley Lodge is as fast and easy as booking one.
We would love to host you but in case your plans change, our simple cancellation process makes sure you receive a quick confirmation and fast refunds.
For bookings up to 3 rooms - 5 Days before arrival - Free of charge
For bookings up to 1 room - 2 Days before arrival - Free of charge
In case you decide to cancel a booking after scheduledtime or do not show up at the hotel, the complete booking amount shall be deducted.
If booked a none refundable rate - the complete booking amount shall be deducted and is not transferable or refundable.

Payment Policy
The guest will be charged a prepayment of the cost of the first night after reservation subject to card charging policy. In the event of pay at Hotel booking , the guest will be charged for the full amount at the time of check-in.

Early Check-in and Late Check-out
Early check-in is available subject to extra charges and room availability. -
Late check-out is available subject to extra charges and room availability.
